Introduction

We're thrilled to share the latest updates on our game's development! Our team has made significant progress in creating an engaging and innovative dance-to-earn game. Below, you'll find an overview of our current progress, our upcoming development plans, and the unique features and currencies that will enhance the player experience.


Current Progress

Ingame Currencies and the integration of the $TEKTON token:

  • Dance Moves:

These are earned by swiping and serve as the main points in the game. Pretty self explanatory!

  • Dance Moves per Hour:

This secondary currency accumulates over time without the need for active swiping. It can be leveled up using Dance Moves, providing a passive income stream within the game.

  • Rave Shards:

Rave Shards are earned by completing social missions or inviting friends through the referral system. They can also be purchased using $TEKTON and will be used for various in-game features, one most worth mentioning being 'Dance Training'.

  • Energy:

Not per say a currency, but also a very valuable and needed asset that is found in most play-to-earn games. This will limit the amount of times people can actively swipe to increase their Dance Moves, until they run into a cooldown.


General Features

  • Social Missions & Earn System

We have developed a framework for social missions where players can earn rewards. This includes tasks that grant Rave Shards for completing missions, encouraging community engagement and social interaction.

  • Level-Up System

Our level-up system allows players to progressively earn Dance Moves per Hour, enhancing their gameplay experience. Players can use Dance Moves (earned through swiping or Dance Training) to upgrade their Dance Moves per Hour rate, which provides a continuous stream of rewards even when not actively playing.

The Level-Up System will be split in 4 categories:

Drinks to boost up the stamina of the fresh dancers - 10 Drinks with up to 20 levels per Drink.

Studio Upgrades that will give the somewhat experienced dancers the chance to build their Dancing Studio all the way up - 10 Studio Upgrades with up to 20 levels per Upgrade.

Vinyls that will help the master Dancers showcase their skills while expanding to more electro music genres - 10 Vinyls with up to 20 levels per Vinyl.

Specials will be special events, either community or ingame events that will offer the chance to all the willing dancers, to earn permanent Dance Moves/Hour upgrades by taking part in them.

  • Refferal System

The referral system incentivizes players to invite friends to join the game. This system rewards players with Rave Shards, promoting community growth and expanding the game's player base.

  • Leaderboard & Ranking

We have implemented a leaderboard system to foster healthy competition while showcasing the best dancers, which will at the end of each Season earn motivating real money rewards. The game features 10 distinct ranks, each associated with unique character upgrades. The ranks are as follows:

  • Beginner

  • Groover

  • Mover

  • Performer

  • Star

  • Choreographer

  • Dance Pro

  • Dance Master

  • Dance Legend

  • Dance Icon

Every Rank will have it's own Visual Upgrade of the main character, and every Rank will be showcased with a different unique Trophy.

(The Seasonal Rewards system is still in development, more information to be released with the next Official update)
